NOTICE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION PRACTICES
This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you and your parents of the types of personal information (for example, full name, street address, phone number, email address) collected from kids, how it is collected (whether directly or passively, through “cookies”), how to review and change or delete that information, and who is collecting and keeping it.

The Information We Collect and How We Collect It:
As required by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), Justachat will never require you to give more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in any online activity. You can enjoy the Kewlchat Web site by playing games, reading riddles and their answers, and surfing our site without providing any personally identifiable information (“PII”). We may ask for your date of birth, a nickname and gender, but these are not considered PII because they do not specifically identify you.
However, if you want to participate in some other features, as many kids do, such as chatting, posting on message boards, free email, contests or downloading free software, we ask you to register and provide us with the following PII: your parent’s email address, your full name, your physical address, including street address, city and state and your email address.
The method of data collection described, in which we ask you to provide information to us, is the only way in which we collect PII from you. In addition, however, Kewlchat also uses passive collection through the use of “cookies.” Cookies are small data files that can be placed on your computer by a browser when you visit a Web site to indicate that you’ve been to that location. We at Kewlchat set cookies only for the collection of such non-personal information as the number of users to our site, their length of stay, and which of our features are used most often.
Why We Collect Information:
We ask for your parent’s email address so that we can contact them and ask them to send in their parental consent forms, which will allow you to participate in our interactive features and to enter contests to win prizes. We also ask for this information in order to keep your parents informed about the activities offered on our site.
We ask for your PII so that we can contact you if you win a contest or sweepstake. An email address is required in order to hold users accountable for their actions (for example in our chat rooms) without compromising their physical location.
We use non-personal information (age, sex and city or state) that you provide to us and the non-personal information that we gather from cookies to customize our site and help us to provide better content to you. In addition, modelkid.com uses a third party to serve advertisements that appear on the site. Although the third party does not collect, and we do not share with them, any PII, they do use cookies to collect non-personal, aggregate information. We also share non-personal aggregate information with our partners.
Kewlchat.com will never share, sell or otherwise distribute your PII without your parent’s permission.
How to View/Change Your Child’s Information or Cancel Her Account:
COPPA requires that parents be allowed to review their child’s PII, have it deleted and refuse to allow further collection or use of that information. If you wish to review, change, or delete your child’s information, or cancel your child’s account, please email us at admin@kewlchat.com and indicate your child’s nickname and email address.
